  • Group Responsible Engineer in Mechanical Engineering

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced engineer with the ability to inspire and guide our team of 4 engineers towards success. As the group responsible engineer with us, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that promote collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment.     About the Position

    In the position of group responsible engineer, you will be offered a broad role in mechanical engineering where you work on projects within a team with various roles. Together in the group, you are responsible for producing accurate and competitive drawing documents for ordered agitation equipment. You plan and assess the prioritization of various tasks in consultation with the production department. In addition to this, you also have an active dialogue with the responsible salesperson, production manager, and preparer regarding reporting.

    Tasks

    • Produce assembly and detail drawings for ordered agitation equipment
    • Assist with accurate layout drawings of agitators mounted in tanks
    • Handle documentation and supplementation for various projects
    • Manage design investigations of new products and solutions
    • Develop presentation and brochure material together with colleagues

    We are looking for someone who

    • Has a degree in mechanical engineering from a college/university with a focus on design and product development, or equivalent education
    • Has experience in leading and coaching a team to achieve common goals and objectives
    • Has technical understanding of manufacturing from steel structures, machining, and welding
    • Has good knowledge of CAD, 2D and 3D (Autodesk)
    • Has good knowledge in technology, strength of materials, and mathematics
    • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English as both languages are used in daily work

    Previous experience in CFD, FEM, Monitor, and language skills beyond Swedish and English are advantageous.
